Today is National Puzzle Day and Freethinkers Day and National Corn Chip Day.

Up early to get the girls off and work. Though Phelix had been feeling better yesterday afternoon and evening, he was yelping when we touched him, so when Rob was done with his appointment, he took Phelix to the vet. Phelix hurt his upper back and can’t go on hikes for a while, poor boy. I worked during the morning, then tried to catch up on other things in the afternoon. Camille brought lots of friends over after school, and we made enchilada soup for dinner.
