This little boy has been living his best life…. He’s lived in an urban fifth-floor condo, enjoyed a suburban yard, and now happy to spend his days by the beach. Weekly hikes at Arabia mountain, camping in the mountains, and chasing balls at the beach.
He taught us what it meant to own a dog. He’s seen the kids grow from elementary school to being married and having pets of their own. He’s put up with cats and learned how to deal with living with a bigger-than-him baby sister.
He loves his grandma, sitting in the yard to watch the world go by, and almost anything edible (or not edible). He’s had some close calls from eating a bag of chocolate chips to needing surger for his torn ligaments. He’s had a tumor removed as well as a bunch of teeth. He loves to go for a ride in the Jeep and takes himself for a walk to the beach when he sees the chance.
13 years of a good life. And hopefully many more to come.
