Today is Mardi Gras and International Pancake Day and Hersheyโs Chocolate Day and National Bagels & Lox Day. Up early to take care of things and walk the poor puppy. I got the girls up, worked, clean, and walked the dog again before leaving for the Red Cross. We had a huge pile of paperwork

No new books this week but my pile from last week is still quite large. I did manage to finish TWO books, thankfully. The Heart Goes Last: A Novel by Margaret Atwood was interesting. I never quite bought into the premise, but I enjoyed it all the same. I was sick in bed with a
