Today is National Static Electricity Day and National Apricot Day. I woke at 4:30 to get started on my long lists of things to do. I got to the police department at 8am to get ready for the Run with the Dogs 5K. Chloe ran the race. Rob left for Techfest while we were out.

How do I find the time? Whenever I see the suggestion “Just get up thirty minutes earlier!” I want to scream. I’m often up at 4:30 or 5am, unable to sleep because I know how very much I need to get done in a day and don’t know how it will all get done even
