organizing: house manual

As part of my getting “all the things organized”, I had an idea to put together a manual for our home. While we don’t have a large home, the running of any home requires various planning and information. I tried to search for a sample house manual and came up with nothing. Some samples on writing an AirBnB house manual, but nothing for a homeowner.
Some of the ideas I’ve had so far are:
- Utilities: Internet/Water/Gas/Electricity/Thermostat
Includes things such as passwords, shut-offs, tips on resetting. - Condo details
Includes things such as mailbox #, property phone #s, parking spots. - Repair people
Includes things such as HVAC service details, appliance repair, plumber, electrician. - Maintenance
Includes schedules for cleaning air filters, dryer vents, water heater, fridge coil cleaning. - Pets
Includes the vet info, boarding info, pet sitting document.
I’m sure that once I start putting it together and then as time goes by, I’ll come up with other things to add to the document, but I’d like to hear ideas from others, if you have any!
