Today is National Fettuccine Alfredo Day and Charles Dickens Day. Breakfast was farm eggs and waffle iron hash browns. So much easier than using the skillet – and less greasy too! Dinner was, of course, Alfredo’s of Rome’s Original Fettuccine Alfredo. Simple and delicious. Served with greens from our farm box. Yesterday, I overheard the
