chloe: book festival introducer

Chloe had the honor of introducing Tony DiTerlizzi on the Children’s Stage at the Decatur Book Festival this weekend.

When we went up to Tony to talk to him beforehand, he asked if we lived nearby. I pointed at the building behind him and said “Yup, in that building right there!” But then went on to explain that I had had to collect Chloe from the hotel downtown where she was spending the weekend for Dragon*Con.

Chloe did a great job introducing Tony – she doesn’t seem to get too nervous talking in front of a large crowd …

She even had her bio published in the online program!
