School and work. Gazoo went to the vet; she’s doing just fine. In the afternoon, I went to the Red Cross; it is so different without all the usual people being there. Chloe had flute then a birthday dinner at Raging Burrito. Camille had theater. We packed up in the late evening.

Each and every year, it is always “It’s so hard to believe how old she is!” But sixteen seems to be a special milestone. “Sweet Sixteen” is one of those special ages. I’m a bit self-centered about her aging. Instead of remarking on her growth, I worry about myself. Not about how old I’m getting,
