weekend in wauseon

This past weekend, I headed off on a rare trip – one on which I did nothing. I made no decisions. I don’t know when I’ve ever had a couple of hours like that, much less a couple of days like that!

I flew up to Detroit and met my aunt and uncle who took me to dinner and drove me to the hotel, where we met up with my parents and sister. We were all gathered in Ohio for my mother’s induction into the Wauseon High School Academic Hall of Fame (congrats, mom!).

We spent the weekend attending the ceremony, going to a celebratory dinner, exploring family places, and enjoying the time together. I hope to have more trips like this in the future; it is nice to be taken care of once in a while!
