For our first trip to LEAF, I brought along all our camping cooking equipment and food. Through the years, I’ve brought less and less with me each time. Why? The food at LEAF is amazing. Even the coffee is good. Plenty of vegetarian friendly options. Good ones. GREAT ones. So good that I could eat divinely for over a week without easting the same things twice. I wish I had taken more photos of the meals we ate while there.
