Now that I feel slightly more in control of my time on occasion, I’ve started to move forward a bit faster with working on our apartment. We moved back in February, and we seemed to do just the bare minimum we needed to do. We’ve worked a bit on the girls’ room, so they now have shelves and some decorations. While there is still work to be done in there, I’ve decided to move on. Tackle a new room every couple of months. Eventually, I’ll cycle back to the girls’ room and maybe they’ll have some new ideas. November/December is for the master bathroom. We finally have towel bars – no more draping towels over the tub and searching for the toilet paper! I’ve ordered canvas prints for the walls, a bench for the shower and a new clothes hamper. I’ve organized a bunch of drawers and cabinets, and Rob has hung the art. This week we’ll have the grout and tiles cleaned and sealed professionally. It is coming along nicely!
