photo friday: sweetwater creek state park

A few weeks ago, we took our new puppy, Phelix, out to Sweetwater Creek State Park. Despite having lived in Atlanta for over a decade now, I had never been to visit this lovely place! We took a nice hike on a loop that wanders along the creek and then up onto the hill. Hiking with Phelix was a bit of a challenge, but he enjoyed the water and tired himself out.
Rob and the girls visited the museum while I stayed outside with the puppy. A lovely day and a lovely hike — I can’t wait to return!
