photo friday: “backstage” at austin city limits

Back in October, the girls and I headed to Texas for the weekend for our annual pilgrimage to the Austin City Limits Music Festival. This year, however, we had a special treat — “backstage” passes! These lovely little red wristbands allowed us to enter the guest areas — free sodas and water, “cleaner” port-a-potties, chairs and shade umbrellas PLUS access to the upper “wings” of the stages. Chloe, being short, could make her way to the front and get a birds’ eye view of the performers. Amongst her favorites were Andrew Bird and The Shins!!
