Easter is early this year. Very early. How early you ask? Just ask Gauss. Really! I admit I have not read the whole Wikipedia article Date of Easter but the graph was enough for me. Easter is abnormally early this year. But, from what I understand, Passover is next month, not during the same lunar cycle as Easter as I assumed it always was.

The question is, do I keep up the St. Patrick’s Day decorations? Or do I replace them with the Easter ones before I leave? And how am I going to color eggs? Egg coloring is a tradition for us. And it doesn’t get done in one night. We use things like tumeric, cabbage, spinach, beets, and other “natural” ingredients. I love the colors and the textures.
