The Mandated Wave
People should not move to our city unless they are willing to be friendly. Everyone waves at everyone. It make no difference if you know to whom you are waving…you just wave at everyone who goes by. I have quickly adapted to this way of life…the mandate takes away that fear of being embarassed about
