Provencal Time of Year

Every year around this time, when we can spend long hours outside, I get the urge to read my Provencal and Tuscan books and to cook meals I imagine we would eat if we were there. The girls cut flowers for our table and trimmed some of our rosemary for me to use in the sauce for our pasta tonight.
