Today is Harriet Tubman Day and International Day of Awesomeness and National Blueberry Popover Day and National Pack Your Lunch Day and Middle Name Pride Day. Spent a couple hours volunteering at the Red Cross. I always enjoy my time there! I made Tortellini and White Bean Soup for dinner, but also added vegetarian sausage.
