On the second full day of our trip to NYC in June, Camille and I made our way to The Met Cloisters. It’s a long subway ride from Brooklyn to the very Upper West Side of Manhattan, but you exit into the lovely Fort Tryon Park. There’s a bit of a walk to the museum,

The Brooklyn brownstone that Camille and I stayed in on our latest trip to NYC was a block away from the Brooklyn Flea Market. Not the *big* one, but a smaller version. Nevertheless, we had a lovely time exploring. I bought a new ring and Camille explored the booths, bought a few small things, and

As I mentioned in photo friday: queens museum, Camills and I ventured out to Queens. And to get to the museum, we had to walk. Walk through a really incredible park, Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Really incredible. Old World’s Fairgrounds incredible. A Parisian Style park, though a bit neglected. Even when we were done exploring
the cloisters.
It was a bit of a trek to get up there, but The Cloisters was a lovely place to visit. Serenity in the city.
