Taddy the Tadpole
Yesterday, I went out to look at the pond and notices that it was a quite active habitat. I crossed my fingers, hoping that what I saw in it was a colony of tadpoles. We have a frog that found our pond and talks to the frog next door, so it was a distinct possibility
Nature Walk
The weather looked like it would rain, so my mom and I headed out for a walk this morning. We were approached by a loose barking dog (grr) and saw lots of flowers. And made it back just before the afternoon drizzle started.

Yesterday, I took some time off (hey, I am half-time and had spent three full days in meetings!) and went to l’Orangerie which has been closed for “renovations” since I first came to a French ILOG meeting(back in 2000). The museum reopened since my last trip, and I finally got to go see Monet’s masterpieces.

In preparation for 2008, I renamed my Daily Photo album on Picasa to Daily Photo 2007. Apparently, Picasa renamed the directory, so many of the photos in the blog now have broken links. The Googlers surely could have come up with a better system than that! Oh well. It’s a wet morning here in Atlanta.
