planning
Goodbye 2020! Today, I completed my 2020 Passion Planner. When I purchased this planner last year, I wasn’t sure how much I’d use it (I’ve tried using planners before with no luck). Taking time out to not just write down my goals and steps to reach those goals, but also giving myself freedom to decorate
planning.
I’ve started many planners over the years. But, like most everything else, keeping it up becomes just another chore for me to get done each day. One more thing to check off of the to do list. This year, I’m approaching it a bit differently to see if I can keep with it. I’m turning
new year, new resolutions.
Resolutions, resolutions. Every years starts with grand plans, then real life gets in the way. This year, I’m back to the start…the start of my Happiness Project. With all of the changes in the past few years (new schools, new jobs, new homes), it is time once again for me to get organized. Hopefully this

Here we are closing up the year 2017. And as people do, I’m thinking about what has gone by and how to plan for the new year ahead. 2017 was my year of THRIVE and TRAVEL. I did not travel as much as I had hoped, but I am actually not too sad about it.

don’t procrastinate.
That’s a message to myself. Don’t procrastinate. Start today. When I *fear* that something will be difficult or frustrating, I tend to put it off, whether it’s a task at home or a task at work. And then once I sit down and complete it, I wonder why I wasted all that time worrying about
refocus to gratitude.
I’m struggling. I hate to admit it for two reasons: I don’t like to admit when I’m struggling. And I don’t want to admit that I’ve been experiencing feelings of jealousy. For years I *refused* to be jealous of anyone. I was in CONTROL of my life. Others were doing great things, and I was
gratitude – 6 jul 2017
I told myself I would never be a jealous person. No green-eyed monster here. But I’ve been finding myself becoming jealous these past few months. Life got hard, and I see people who have walked away from their responsibilities. I see people who get to travel. I see people pursuing their dreams. And I start
