I’ve decided to move celebration planning to Thursday to give me time to acquire any ingredients or supplies that I might need in order to celebrate …

So far this week, we’ve celebrated “National Apple Pie Day”, “National Buttermilk Biscuit Day”, and “National Chocolate Chip Day”. I don’t know that we’ll attempt any others, except maybe National Cheese Souffle Day)…
