The first week of July is full of family celebrations.

On the 4th, Phelix and Gazoo celebrate their birthdays. Of course, they have no idea of what a birthday is, and we really have no idea what their actual birthdays are.

And on the 8th, Rob and I celebrate our anniversary. 22 years this week.

But we rarely actually celebrate, because the spotlight of the week falls on Chloe.

Yesterday, Chloe turned 15. Fifteen. It’s been a difficult year for her. She’s struggled more than the typical (is there a typical) teen and has been working hard to find her way. We’re hopeful that with a fresh start and helpful resources, she’ll continue to move past this uncertain time and even start to thrive at her new high school.
