learning: french

I’ve spent years now “learning French”. I’ve gone through the programs – Rosetta Stone, etc. But I still don’t feel like I can speak French! After my trip to France last fall, I stepped up my game. Stopped splitting my time between Mango and Duolingo and decided to focus on Duolingo.

And, at last, I feel like I’m learning French! I can understand things I could not understand before. I can hear differences. I have a long way to go, but I know that I’m on the right track now – and soon I might be ready for “real” French classes at Alliance Francaise!
