Today is National Corn on the Cob Day and ET movie premieres and Kamehameha Day and Hug Holiday.
I tried to get up early, but so tired! We finally headed out to the Brooklyn Flea Market a little after 10. Camille bought a few trinkets, and I got a ring. From there, we took the subway into the city and had lunch at Katz’s deli. We were early for Hadestown, but it was nice to sit for a little while. Our seats were in the front row on the stage. The play was amazing! From there, we walked, stopping at Muji, The Strand, Forbidden Planet, and Tiger. We took the train to Bryant Park and went to Kinokuniya and then Pret a Manger. After a walk through Times Square, we were at Fun Home! The people in front of us had been at Hadestown too. We were in the back row, but since the theater wasn’t full, we were able to spread out. After the play, we headed home and collapsed after all the shopping and plays!
