December is the “Health/Self-Care” month in my Happiness Project. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, I did things like go to the doctor for the first time in years, put together medical histories (doctors, dentists, prescriptions, immunizations, surgeries, etc.) for me and the girls. In the future, I hope to add some more health and self-care
