Today is National Milk Day and National Hot Toddy Day.

Up at 5am. Usual morning. Headed out at 11am to take Phelix to Arabia, go to the library, pick up groceries at Kroger. Back at home, time to work, organize, clean, and cook.

• Took Phelix for a hike at Arabia Mountain. He (and I) love our hikes there …
• Made Barley Risotto with Edamame and Peas and Vegetarian “Southern-style” Collard Greens for dinner.
