Today is Christmas Eve and National Egg Nog Day.

Up early to get things done and head to my trainer appointment at the gym. My hair dye bled copiously during my workout, turning me pink. A family trip to Kroger left up with lots of food and stocking stuffers. After a lunch of grilled cheese and tomato soup, we went out to see “The Force Awakens”. I left disappointed. Not in the movie, but that our trip to Skellig Michael was cancelled due to rough weather. At home, we had festive black bean chili and cornbread for dinner, then opened the pile of Christmas cards.
