garden lights – 20 dec 2015

Today is National Sangria Day and Go Caroling Day.

I got up early to work on my list of things to do, then Camille and I went out Christmas shopping. When we got back, I made lunch, then tried to buy tickets to the Garden Lights. The website refused to take my member number, so I called and got a runaround; I was not happy. In the end, I just paid full price for the tickets. We headed out around 4:30 to the garden. Traffic to get in was awful. The garden was overcrowded. We walked a long way down one path only to be told we had to turn around and get in the building from the other way. I was not happy. From the garden, we went to Trader Joe’s for groceries and then Ponce City Market for dinner and shopping.
