Today is National Maple Syrup Day and International Talk with a Fake British Accent Day.

Up very early to take care of things before leaving for the gym at 6am. After my trainer session and time on the treadmill, I was back home around 7:30 and walked Phelix. The girls left for school, Rob left for work, and I cleaned the house then worked for a few hours. Camille and her crew came home around 1pm, since the school let out early due to plumbing problems. Chloe came home, then went back to the school to ride the bus to the mall for her band concert. I headed up to the square to volunteer with CAPS at the bonfire. Rob picked Chloe up from the mall, and they bought a lacrosse stick for Chloe. When they got home, Rob and the girls decided to head out to go see Star Wars.

• Continued to listen to This American Life 54: Sinatra while on the treadmill (30 mins at 2.8mph) after my trainer session
