Today is National Cupcake Day.

I got up around 5am to get started on my chores, on work, getting the girls up, and cleaning. Around 9:30, Phenix and I headed out. He danced in circles when I put his Pets Playhouse tag on him — he couldn’t wait! After I dropped him off, I went to the Red Cross, then to Trader Joes (there to get cookies, spent just under $100), then to Whole Foods for gifts for my trainers, then to the gym (shoulder and treadmill day). At home, I unpacked the groceries, showered, took care of things, and had lunch. By then it was after 3pm, and I was exhausted, but still had work to do. The girls got home a little after 4pm. I worked some, then Camille and I worked on college stuff. Rob took Chloe to ballet, picked up Phelix and then picked up Chloe and Moe’s.

• Finished listening to TED RadioHour: Getting Organized while on the treadmill (30 mins at 2.8mph) after weight lifting (shoulder day)
• Started listening to This American Life 54: Sinatra
• Backed up my computers as I do every 15th
