book report – 8 sep 2015
This week, I kept reading the same books. I’ve been spending my “extra” time exercising, but maybe I will find more time for reading soon.
I finally finished The China Study by T. Colin Campbell. In the end, the author really started to annoy me.
I am still slowly making my way through The College Solution: A Guide for Everyone Looking for the Right School at the Right Price (2nd Edition) by Lynn O’Shaughnessy. I find it to be quite helpful.
I’ve been reading Colleges That Change Lives: 40 Schools That Will Change the Way You Think About Colleges by Loren Pope. I bought a more up-to date version and will restart when it gets here.
Two books arrived from the library, perfect for our trip to the beach next week:
- One Summer by David Baldacci
- Vanishing Girls by Lauren Oliver
I don’t think I read any of this other book this week. Maybe I’ll take it to the beach too.
- The Old Ways: A Journey on Foot by Robert Macfarlane
I keep a list of completed books on Goodreads. I also keep one here on my blog.
