Today is National Coffee Ice Cream Day. I got up early to take care of things, clean, exercise, walk Phelix and work. Just before noon, I went out to volunteer at the Book Festival. Chloe came home from Dragon*Con and went to the book fest with some friends. I relaxed and then worked a bit.

Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. The two big festival weekends in Decatur. Our street, Ponce, is shut down and festival tents are raised. And I volunteer. In May, art. In September, books.
