happiness project: friends/family/social networks + misc (jan)
Empower and Energy, Project 43 and the monthly projects in my Happiness Project … so many projects! December’s main theme was Health & Self-Care.

Last year, in order to accomplish everything on my to do list, I was multi-tasking. Every conference call or online class would have me also doing something else – filing, organizing, cleaning. I’d try to catch up on email while cooking. I don’t know if could have gotten everything done if it weren’t for multi-tasking.

creativity.
While my “Create” year isn’t scheduled until 2016, that doesn’t mean that I can’t start now, right? Creating might not be my focus for 2015 and thus not my top priority, but I’m going to open myself up to creating already. I’ve held myself back for so long because “I’m not good enough.” But to

Back when I was a kid, taking a tour of the White House was no more complicated than taking a tour of any other historic site. These days, planning ahead and being flexible are a must for a tour. Six months to 21-days before your trip (earlier is always better as tours fill up) you

happy new year!
One of our traditions as of late has been to go on a hike, even if a short one, on New Year’s Day. With the girls both sick and my not having had enough hours of sleep, I wasn’t in the mood to head out, but my mom pushed me out the door. Phelix had
