Up early to work on projects. Chloe, Phelix and I took a long walk around Decatur. Camille, Claire, Chloe and I went to MODA, Dream Cars at the High and then dinner at Lawrence’s Cafe. At home, we worked on getting ready for the first day of school!

How many times have I said this over the past 10 years? I cannot even count the times… Over the past couple of years, I’ve been working hard to finish up projects, transfer projects, move on. Just to give myself a little bit of breathing room. Find the things that truly are worth my time.

I got up early and worked on my projects. The girls and I then headed to the Freedom Park Farmer’s Market and a very crowded IKEA. At home, we unpacked everything, then went to the Back to School celebration at Souper Jenny’s. Camille made chocolate chip cookies, and we finished watching the “Grand Budapest Hotel”.

Camille headed off to her AP meeting in the morning. I worked. Rob left for Singapore. Claire came over for a while. Chloe and I went to Meet and Greet at Renfroe in the evening. The girls and I made a simple dinner and watched Frozen.

We spent our two days exploring many of the various places, such as Hadrian’s Arch, the Theater of Dionysus, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Library, the Ancient Agora and the Roman Agora.
