Up early as the ferry pulled into port a bit after 6am. We disembarked and made our way down the street to our hotel where we left our suitcases before walking over to the bus station and hoping on a bus to Knossos. After a lovely, relaxing breakfast, we explored Knossos leisurely. Back in Heraklion, we got off the bus at the square and walked down the pedestrian streets back to our hotel and finally checked-in. We headed back out to the archaeology museum and had some “street” food. Naps for everyone but me, then out to dinner in Lion Square.
