Despite having lived in the Atlanta area for almost 15 years now, we have not been to a number of the places that tourists go when they come to visit. This month we finally went to one of those places that we’ve been neglecting to go – Oakland Cemetery! Phil, Barbara, Rob, Camille, Chloe and I all jumped in the car, leaving Phelix at home (we found out when we got there that dogs are actually allowed inside), and headed the few miles west from Decatur to the cemetery.

Chloe was kept interested by her Cluetown scavenger hunt book. Camille explored the graves and the insignias. Barbara and Phil geocached, as did Rob. I enjoyed the spring flowers.
