photo friday: black rock mountain state park

Back in November, I packed up Evie, and Phelix and I headed up to Black Rock Mountain State Park for the weekend. The drive up was beautiful – fall colors all around. The final mile of driving was twisty and curvy – wouldn’t want to do that in less than ideal conditions! The staff were all very friendly, but the camping spots were all very tightly packed together and difficult to get into properly, especially for the larger rigs.

I had a wonderful weekend, tackling all kinds of projects (including sleep) that I’d fallen behind on. Phelix enjoyed playing, hiking and being in the piles of leaves.
