Tomorrow is March already??
I’m not ready for it to be March already!! Where did February go, I wonder? I more inspired than ever to make this a great, energy building month. My goals continue to be to avoid junk food like chips and sweets and calorie drinks. I did fairly well on that in February, and I’m hoping to do even better in March. My additional goals for March are to get 10K steps every single day and to eat more fruits, veggies and whole grains. I need to quantify “more” for myself, so 2 servings of whole grains and 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Shouldn’t be too hard, right?
I will also continue to clear off projects from my space. The pile of kids’ music CDs that has been growing on the desk for two years? Almost done. The Goodwill pile in the garage? Almost gone. This month I’ll make doctors’ appointments for me and the girls and an eye one for myself. I dread doing this, but it is a step in the right direction.
I do not look forward to tackling Chloe’s room this month; I sure hope the blueberries work to give me patience as well as energy!
