While the girls still had trouble waking this morning, they still managed to get their homeschool tasks done. Just in time for their friend across the street to get home from school and do an art project with them.

So pretty! Is that tissue paper? I am so horrible at doing art and craft projects. And was feeling really guilty yesterday when my youngest said that her favorite thing is art.
Yes, it is tissue paper….
I really like the book we use called Teaching Art with Books Kids Love. We read a good picture book and then do a corresponding art project. It’s fun!
