Nature Walk
Blue Ridge . photo Article
The weather looked like it would rain, so my mom and I headed out for a walk this morning. We were approached by a loose barking dog (grr) and saw lots of flowers. And made it back just before the afternoon drizzle started.

Beautiful! I am guessing that you are still with your mom…which is where?
Yes, we’re still in Blue Ridge. We might go home tomorrow; we’ll see.
I meant to ask – how is the Michael Chabon novel? I have contemplated picking it up. And I saw the “Hindi-Bindi club” at Target yesterday…but again, didn’t pick it up. And how was “The Rosetti Letters?” That one is actually on my shelf.
The Chabon is not one that I can read at night when tired. It will take me some time before I have enough time to read it
Hidi Bindi was cute and easy. I’ve thought about buying it only because of the recipes. I’m going to look to see if they are online. I was so hungry for good Indian after reading it.
Rosetti Letter was quite interesting, I thought.
I need cute and easy these days. I’m all about the twaddle. Might have to pass on the Chabon one for a bit
I’ll have to get Hindi-Bindi. Have you read Chabon’s Summerland? It’s a YA novel…I really liked it. Have you all read Nancy Farmer’s Sea of Trolls or the sequel? I haven’t read the sequel…need to put that on my list!
Nope, haven’t read any of them! I’ll put them on my list.
