A day spent putting up the new desks and reorganzing other areas. Fancy “pigs in blankets” for lunch. Afternoon snack at Swirlin’ Twirlin’.
Early morning for Chloe’s first gymnastics meet of the season. Container store for office remodel. Chuy’s for lunch. Long shopping trips at Target and Kroger. Emptying of the office – Phelix did not like his couch being moved and jumped onto it as Camille and I moved it out.
A typical morning. Yummy lunch with a friend. An afternoon of cleaning up old projects, including closing down Gooney Bird Kids. Pizza for dinner. Early night in preparation for Chloe’s first gymnastics meet of the season.
ONe of the things I love about LEAF is all of the ART. Not just the artists’ art that is for sale, but all the creative art that can be found in every nook and cranny!
Chloe to physical therapy and school. Camille to school and phys ed final. Rob to work. I had work, then started tackling my list of old projects that I need to close up and/or find new owners for. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter!
Annual review, volunteering at visitor’s center, gymnastics carpool for Gwyneth. School and gymnastics for Chloe. School and studying and baking blondies for Camille. Work and a cold bike commute for Rob.

Back to work and school. I managed to make time to met a friend for coffee – this week is far easier than the past two were. In the evening, I headed to the high school for a drama meeting, then home to make grilled cheese and soup for dinner.
I was up early enough to see the sun coming up through the mist of the falls. We had breakfast, packed up and headed home, where we unpacked, went grocery shopping and picked up Phelix. Chloe went to gymnastics.

Another day of yurt camping. Rob went on a bike ride. I managed to get the girls out for a walk. When Rob got back, we went to play mini-golf at Indian Springs. The evening included a campfire and brownies for my birthday.
We had a relaxing day hanging out, reading and chatting in and out of the yurt.
A day of school, work, errands, packing. Lunch at Calle Latina. In the evening, we all made it to the yurt at High Falls State Park and settled in for the long weekend.
What does LEAF stand for, you ask? Lake Eden Arts Festival! And what about this Lake Eden? Well, it is the lovely centerpiece to the music, food, art, and activities of the weekend.

Back to work and school. Extinguisher guy and calls to the plumber. In the end, a fairly productive day, so much so that I had time to work on some “fun” stuff in the late evening. Camille home late from drama. Chloe home late from gymnastics. An easy dinner.
