I don’t play much these days. Or perhaps my personal definition of play is lacking. I work, manage the house, volunteer, and run the errands. Sometimes I get the chance to exercise, hike, read, or meet a friend, though not as much as I need. What is play? I play with the dog, but even that often seems a part of managing the house. He wants to play, so I do it begrudgingly. I don’t play sports. I don’t play games. I barely do any crafting or creating these days. If I happen to have the time, I don’t have the energy.
But somehow, I wonder if I should evern manage to get the time, I should play.
