Today is Frisbee Invented and National Rubber Ducky Day and National Peach Melba Day.
Up early to work more and do the usual morning stuff. Yawn. Mid-morning I headed out to run all the errands and go to my trainer appointment at the gym. At home, I ate breakfast (at noon!), packed, and took a short nap (could not go on) before getting back to work. I drove Chloe to flute, made dinner, picked Chloe up from flute, and went to the DDN meeting. Did not get to eat the dinner I made….but it wasn’t all that great anyway.
- Made Creamy Kale and Potato Soup for dinner.
- Continued listening to This American Life 198: How to Win Friends and Influence People while on the treadmill for 30mins at 2.9mph after my trainer appointment.
