Today is National Marzipan Day and Curried Chicken Day.
Up early to work and take care of things. I then headed out to volunteer at the Red Cross and finally returned to the gym after too long away. Being stretched in too many directions at the moment, but I really need to go to the gym every day! My today list was anxiety level panic with our trip coming up, but I just resigned myself to going to bed after midnight. Took my time, went though the items. Took Chloe to ballet, picked her up, went to Moe’s. Did college planning stuff with Camille. And then worked until 12:30, even though I knew I would be having to get up at 6am. The list is much shorter.
- Made Moroccan Lentil Soup to use for lunches, etc.
- Started listening to This American Life 198: How to Win Friends and Influence People while on the treadmill for 30mins at 2.9mph
