Today is National Fritters Day and National Mutt Day and Gotcha Day – we got Phelix three years ago today!
Up early to get Camille up for TOK, take care of my things, walk Phelix, clean, and work. Mid-morning, I went to the gym and did an arms workout then walked on the treadmill. When I got home, I was hungry but didn’t want anything to eat, so I went downstairs and bought a smoothie. I worked a bit, then took a break to read. When Chloe got home, we made shepherd’s pie, corn fritters, and chocolate mousse (Monday’s holiday) for dinner. I picked out photos for the different holidays cards. Rob got home and took Chloe to flute. I picked her up to take her to a basketball game, but she decided she didn’t want to go. Rob got home late from the Makers meeting.
- Made corn fritters as a side dish for dinner.
- Finished listening to TED RadioHour: Adaptation while on the treadmill (30 min at 2.7 mph) after an arms workout.
- Started listening to This American Life: 573: Status Update while on the treadmill.
