Today is International Mountain Day and National Noodle-Ring Day.
I got up early to take care of things, get the girls up, walk Phelix, clean, and work. I then headed out to the gym for my trainer session and stopped at Kroger on the way home. During the afternoon, I worked then tackled some various projects. The teens came over after school, and I made a lasagna. I took Chloe to the church for choir, but then she called not feeling well, so Rob and I went to pick her up; she went right
to bed. The teens stayed late watching tv.

- Read the 14 dec 2015 issue of the New Yorker
- Started listening to TED RadioHour: Getting Organized while on the treadmill (30 mins at 2.8mph) after my trainer session
